These parts are represented by such lines as B-M, GT and GT-R. They are notable for their high strength, as they can be made of a solid piece, while also being low weight. They allow for installation of brake discs of a larger diameter, which increases the efficiency of the brake system. These calipers ensure a short braking path and instant operation of the system. They feature from 4 to 8 pistons, which provides even distribution of the clamping force, and prevents premature wear of the friction pairs. The pistons of the GT-R calipers feature radiators made of stainless steel, which prevents overheating and premature wear of the brakes. The B-M line components are produced using an innovative 4D casting technology which can create a sturdy structure of any shape.
• Remanufactured calipers: these are characterised by high quality, and are coated with a special protective layer that ensures corrosion resistance. These calipers are marked with special notches to make sure they aren’t refurbished again in the future.
