The sensor is fine - always use Denso as they're the OEM for Toyota, who charge silly money for their branded box version. The 3 stars is to get your attention to the fact that this is the left sensor viewed from inside the car NOT the left sensor viewed from the front of the car. DOX-0204 is for the top right if standing in front of your engine - it has a slightly larger 4-pin plug with a vertical locating bar inside. If you want the top left as viewed from the front of your engine then you need DOX-0238 as that has the correct horizontal locating bar. The Toyota parts manual lists both items for the same sensor so at some point there can be confusion - ALWAYS CHECK THE PLUG PHOTO against your actual car before buying. Autodoc are great but the website info is a bit weak for pointing this out as a point-of-sale check.
Denso make them for Toyota. It's just the box that is different, and the bypassing of the branding markup that halves to cost :)
Quality product
I've chosen the O2 sensor because I need it for my daihatsu sirion 2003 EL Engine is the K3-VE2 16v 1.3
It's from a brand I trust; sensors are a product that should be perfectly calibrated - I have used sensors from unknown brands before and they have not worked out too well.
Have used the same product before ,a good quality reasonable priced unit.
