The Air conditioning condenser 562006N AKS DASIS does not contain a dryer / without a desiccant (this is a separate part of the air conditioning system)
The air conditioning dryer is a part of the air conditioning system that performs several functions:
- Removes moisture from the refrigerant (freon). Even a small amount of moisture inside the system can lead to corrosion or ice formation, which disrupts the operation of the air conditioner.
- Filters impurities - retains metal shavings, dirt, compressor wear products.
- Serves as a reservoir for liquid refrigerant, helping to maintain stable pressure in the system.
