El producto fue montado en el vehículo y al cabo de un año y medio aproximadamente ha empezado a hacer un ruido espantoso al andar el coche, como el producto era nuevo y merecía el beneficio de la duda debido a su reconocida calidad, he cambiado multitud de piezas del coche por no querer creer que fuera el propio amortiguador el causante del ruido, una vez que he cambiado todo el conjunto de la suspensión y partes de la dirección ya me he decantado por sustituir el amortiguador, he montado uno comprado nuevo a través de esta plataforma y al montarlo el ruido ha desaparecido por completo, he contactado con la marca para comentar el problema, y el responsable en España me ha escrito un correo diciendo que no pueden atenderme porque solo atienden reclamaciones de las plataformas de venta, y el sistema automatizado de autodoc no me deja hacer una reclamación una vez pasado el periodo de garantía establecido por lo que me encuentro que el amortiguador se ha puesto malo al año y medio de montarlo y nadie se hace cargo de la garantía. He tardado mas de un año en localizar el ruido en cuestión. Al abrir el amortiguador me encuentro con que el causante del ruido es la pata hidráulica que va por dentro de la valona, que como podéis ver en la siguiente foto es un producto chino de pésima calidad. La valona en este caso trabajaba bien y no tenia ningún problema. Ante esta situación, os aconsejo encarecidamente que no compréis ningún producto de esta marca, primero porque compráis únicamente la marca, la calidad de los productos es exactamente igual, o incluso peor que un producto de aliexpress que pueda costar un tercio de lo que cuesta este producto, y segundo porque nadie se hace responsable ante cualquier problema, por lo que la imagen de marca se derrumba inmediatamente. No perdáis el tiempo con esta marca y comprar cualquier otra que os saldrá seguro mucho mejor y os costara muchísimo menos.
