I purchased a compressor from AUTODOC in April 2026, which arrived completely non-functional. My garage attempted to install it, but after immediate diagnosis, it was confirmed to be a "dead on arrival" unit. The car never even left the ramp. Despite this being a clear manufacturing defect, AUTODOC is insisting on a 6–7 week warranty review before offering a resolution. This doesn't even account for the additional labor costs I’ve now incurred due to their faulty stock. While I understand that defective parts happen, a company's reputation is built on how they handle these failures. Expecting a customer to wait nearly two months for a part that never worked is unprofessional and poor service.
