K.W.: I HAVE HAD THIS ITEM FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER , IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME AS IT HAD A PLATE AN INCH DOWN FROM THE NECK WITH FOUR BOLT HOLE THREE OF WHICH WERE THREADED, THEY SWORE IT WAS FOR MY CAR BUT MINE HAS A LARGE GROMMET AS IN YOUR PICTUR THAT LOCATES THE NECK TO THE CAR AT THE FILLER , LOOKS LIKE A RUBBER FUNNEL " PLEASE TELL ME THAT WHEN I ORDER THIS I WILL NOT GET THE ONE WITH THE PLATE AT THE TOP " THANK YOU PLEASE REPLY "
