The seal outer diameter is just too big. After 4 hrs and a slightly shaved outer race, I was able to press it in place. But anyway, not straight. Will be doing the same one more time, with the original or another manufacturer. They declared the outer one 61.3, but in fact, it was bigger. Will order another one just to measure and share here. And something more straightforward to make the job done.
