These are excellent gas struts. I've had them installed on my BMW E61 since March 2019 and they are still working perfectly. I was originally replacing the expensive BMW OEM ones annually as they would start leaking.

I am very pleased with the FEBI art no. 48640. Super easy to replace the original BMW e61 springs for the hatch. Feels like I got a new feeling to the back door to my 2009 BMW 525DTouring. I can recommend this product. I was apprehensive that it would not fit, but it was perfect.
