⭐☆☆☆☆ – Very disappointed with the product and customer service I bought these FROGUM floor mats for my car and I’m not satisfied at all. The driver's side mat doesn't fit properly, it's misaligned and loose. The passenger side is only slightly better, but still not a proper fit. When I placed the order, I tried to contact customer support, but it was a useless experience. The agent kept asking me the same question over and over again, even after I gave a clear answer. They were going in circles and not helping at all. At one point, the agent even told me to “focus on her question,” which was completely unhelpful and frustrating. This was my first and last time buying from here. Never again. I do not recommend.
