Exact replacement and perfect fit for my 2010 BMW 3-Series Touring E91 tailgate. I bought two. They both come pre-greased for each ball joint. Simply push on and they're ready for use.

Fits as intended, no problems to assemble. Recommend to lubricate with water resistant grease in the bearing ends and clean the ball ends before assembly.
