Thank you for your question.
* Wear protective goggles, hand protection and personal protection equipment
* In case the vehicle doesn’t start due to a clogged diesel particle filter, do not perform the cleaning (FIRE DANGER!)
* Before cleaning, first find the reason for the clogging of the diesel particle filter. If the reason is not the driving profile, please check all exhaust-related parts (e.g. exhaust gas recirculation, injectors, etc.).
* Please check the oil level before start cleaning. If the oil level is too high, it is imperative to make an oil change (danger of oil dilution by diesel fuel).
* Do not warm up the motor. The temperature of the diesel particle filter should be max. 50 °C.
* No time of exposure required. Just reintegrate the temperature-/ pressure sensor after injection and start the engine. While the engine is running the exhaust gas pressure helps to push the cleaning agent through the particle filter. The cleaning procedure reduces the loading of the filter, so that during the following test drive the regeneration of the particle filter is triggered.
* After flushing the DPF, the pipe for the differential pressure sensor should be blow through with compressed air. The pipe on the sensor has to pull out to blow through.
* In case there are no sensors or detectors, the exhaust gas pipe has to be pulled out.
* After that please recall fault memory and delete shown fault indication. If during the test drive regeneration has not taken place, you have to stimulate it manually with the workshop tester.
* During regeneration please observe the safety instructions of the vehicle manufacturer (FIRE DANGER!).
* Diesel particle filters, which have mechanical damage (e.g. sealing caused by overheating), can not be regenerated. The diesel particle filter has to be replaced.
* The content of the can lasts normally for one cleaning. In case of heavy pollution a second can is maybe required
* The box must be in upright up to max. 45 ° inclined attitude are applied.
