Excelent springs. Gives a bit lower ride, but 30mm is perfectly fine for daily use and you still do not need to worry about speed bumps etc. And since these spring are progressive, they still provide good comfort because of soft part of the spring allowing easy travel for filtering out the road but stiff enough to reduce body roll
