What is Dexos 2 oil?

Dexos 2 is an oil specification developed by General Motors (GM) for petrol and diesel engines. It is designed to improve fuel efficiency and reduce emissions, especially for vehicles with turbocharged engines and diesel engines equipped with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). Dexos 2 offers superior protection against wear and helps extend the engine's life by keeping it clean in high operating temperatures.
