BMW Longlife-01 is a motor oil specification designed for BMW's petrol and diesel engines, offering excellent protection against wear and sludge formation. This oil is recommended for high-performance engines, ensuring reliable performance over long intervals, including extended oil change intervals. It is suitable for older BMW engines that do not require the advanced emission controls found in more recent models.
