R.W.: Hi I am currently looking at purchasing 2 of the above drive shafts my car is a march 1965 triumph tr4a irs , the original part number drive shaft it would be replacing is RKC454R the car was manufactured prior to vin numbers. Can you please check that this item will definitely fit my car as a replacement. I would be having this item fitted by my local garage & would incur financial costs if it didn’t fit. Regards

S.H.: Hi, MAPCO 16499 for my Triumph TR6 but before I was wondering if you could recommend the correct torque for the central hub nut that holds the drive flange on to the driveshaft as there is no information. I believe that the torque figure to secure the hub nut on the original driveshaft will be too excessive for the new replacement driveshaft and hub.
