Questions and answers
R.M.: This is for VW Campervan (Reimo conversion) 1994 reg no M52XXXX. I believe this TOPRAN product is correct but the struts currently fitted have piston housing 345mm long, stroke 340 mm and overall length 685mm (they seem to be uprated struts). Having already returned struts from another supplier which I thought were correct, but when fitted I could not close the tailgate because the piston assy fouled the bodywork (the piston assy measured 420mm). I wanted to be sure before I placed the order. Also I am not clear how the VIN format you have quoted on your web page ties in with the VIN I have provided above unless the last part, 018776, is much earlier and therefore this product is unsuitable?
