- SAE 20W-60 motor oils are quite rare because they are highly specialized products. It is recommended to use them in diesel and petrol engines of high-performance sports cars participating in long-distance rally races. Sometimes these lubricants are also used for 4-stroke power units installed on motorcycles.
- Due to high viscosity, these products ensure maximum engine protection even under extreme loads. They seal gaps perfectly and allow maintaining the required pressure level in the system regardless of the load.
- This oil is not designed for colder climates. The lowest temperature at which it should be used is −15 °C. On the other hand, this product features the highest high-temperature properties among engine oils: kinematic and dynamic (high-shear) viscosity values are 21.9–26.1 mm2/s and 3.7 mPa·s respectively.
