Autodoc insist on using Evri (myhermes) for delivery in the UK - Evri failed to deliver this item, eventually returning to sender. When it first arrived at the local depot, I got a notification saying item was 'oversized' and required a special courier. The 'special courier' got it after about a week, and then didn't even make a delivery attempt. The bar sat in their depot for the next 2 weeks despite my attempts to contact them. Eventually they returned it to Germany so I never received it.
