I picked the wrong one. this one was cheaper. i made it work by sealing the extra pipe. i knew from the photo the temperature sensor wouldn't fit. It should have included O-Ring for the part it connects to large pipe under intake manifold. the thermostat failed immediately. a plastic clip broke and coolant was going past the thermostat.
