This is Air conditioning compressor 447K0135 RIDEX uses antifreeze and not oil. The compatible Antifreeze for it is - 19400 FEBI BILSTEIN: https://www.autodoc.co.uk/febi-bilstein/1878057 It requires in the quantity of 5L.
No seals or gaskets are needed. The compressor is simply placed in its installation location and hoses with clamps are connected to it. If the hose clamps are in good condition, then there is no need to change them.
