C.H.: I want to replace the shock absorbers/dampers and springs on the front AND rear of my BMW E60 530i LCI N53 M Sport
I am undecided between the Bilstien B4, Bilstien B6 and the SACHS 310 467 shock absorbers.
The part numbers for my car are:
31327905313 - Front Right Strut
31327905314 - Front Left Strut
33526785986 - Rear Stuts.
I will replace the springs as well, however BMW UK dealers will not provide me with the exact part numbers for the springs on the car.
Can you advise on what difference I might expect with the different dampers and what springs I should get. I am happy with the standard M-Sport ride characteristics. I will also replace all support bearings, spring pads and additional dampers and protection tubes/boots.
