I ordered rear brake pads from you and they did not fit my car. On the order page it said they fit my honda civic. I gave the car for repair and the mechanic couldn't install them. I lost 50 euros on this. You tell me, send this spare part back, but delivery costs 22 euros, as does the price of these spare parts. Why should I pay for shipping if it's not my fault? How do you propose to resolve this issue?
