Bonjour, J'ai commandé sur votre site une référence de filtre en fournissant les informations de mon véhicule et suivant les indications de vos services. A la livraison, le filtre ne correspond pas à celui monté précédemment (photo fournie). De plus, les références sont différentes entre la boîte (Mahle KX 387 D) et le filtre ( KX 387), photos également fournies. Et vous me demandez de vous retourner, à mes frais, à votre dépôt en Allemagne la commande pour laquelle l'erreur de produit n'est pas de mon fait. Vous admettrez tout de même que cela est un peu fort. Visiblement vous ne faites pas d'effort afin de comprendre le problème... J'attends toujours votre réponse sur ce souci.
