Ingesting engine oil ( like an Engine oil MN7512-20 MANNOL ) is hazardous and should be treated as an emergency
Do not consume engine oil. It is a mechanical lubricant, not a food substance. If ingestion or significant exposure occurs, follow first aid recommendations and get medical help immediately.
If you meant something else (for example, accidental splash or spill on skin), with MANNOL MN7512 is not dangerous if cleaned off quickly, but avoid prolonged exposure. Wash the area thoroughly and monitor for irritation.
