It appears unique as an oil to rejuvenate ageing seals and specifically aimed at protecting high mileage engines, whilst still giving the performance requirements demanded of most. I have used Maxlife 5W-40 Fully Synthetic exclusively for many years and seen it protect to over 200K miles in turbo engine use, still with no oil loss due to wear or leakage. I believe this product does prevent engine related repair bills, hence why never sold in UK garages, service stations and accessory shops.

Good product for older Subaru ej25 and ez30 engine. Only use valvoline on my Subaru.
