Small Honda N III 360 cars were produced in 1967-1973 period. Manufacturing was established in Japan, Malaysia and Taiwan.

Production of Honda N360 started in 1967. Car was produced as 2-door sedan and 3-door station wagon. There were three passenger seats inside.

Due to combination of compactness, affordable price, usability and high dynamic characteristics Honda N360 cars were in a good demand.

Wheelbase was 2000 mm. Station wagon weight was 520 kg, sedan – 475 kg. Engine was mounted in a front car part. The main difference from other cars on market those days was front wheel drive.

Car got big round headlights with a wide chrome radiator grille between, decorated with company logo in the center. Turn light indicators were mounted over a chrome front bumper.

In the center of a hood lid a small stamping was made. Round chromed side mirrors were installed on front fenders. Steel bumper with a chrome coating was at a rear part. Station wagons got a rear door of full width, providing easy loading to luggage compartment.

Sedan models got new turn light indicators and renewed front body part in January 1970. Since 1971, the same changes were performed for station wagons.

After restyling model was renamed to Honda N III 360. Car had been manufactured till 1973.

In some countries, car was sold under the names of Honda N400, Honda LN400 and Honda Scamp. In the period of 1967-1973 Honda N600 with more powerful engine and improved dynamical characteristics was manufactured for the USA and European markets specially.
