Peugeot 605Peugeot 605 production was carried out in France in 1989-1999. The car was produced in the sedan body. One generation and one restyling of the car was released during those ten years.

The cab-forward principle was used when building the body of the Peugeot 605: the passenger compartment has been shifted as much as possible to the front axle. This innovative solution has allowed to make it more spacious and improve the road performance of the car.
Peugeot 605’s body has excellent corrosion protection, aided by double galvanization. Designed by the famous Italian Pininfarina atelier, the car was bright, modern and elegant.
First, the model was available in three specifications - SL, SR, and the SV, and then the most expensive - SVE - was introduced.
Peugeot 605 I generation restylingIn 1994, the Peugeot 605 model has been upgraded. The changes affected not only the design elements, but also the list of options. The tail lights have been updated, and a corporation emblem appeared on the cover of the luggage compartment. Cars got a new front bumper with integrated fog lamps and direction indicators. The horizontal bars of the radiator grille became thicker and lost their chromium coating.
Peugeot 605 cars of various models were equipped with safety bags, ABS system, power accessories and adjustable height and length of the steering column, electrically-operated door mirrors, air conditioning, sunroof and standard anti-theft system.
